Users who provide false age information or attempt to circumvent age verification systems will have their Accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically process instantly during banking hours. E-wallet deposits generally complete within 5-10 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or during public holidays may experience delays. jp368 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You are responsible for ensuring that deposit instructions are accurate. jp368 is not liable for funds sent to incorrect account details or for losses resulting from User error during the deposit process. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact jp368 customer support immediately.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted once KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts registered in the Account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees (if applicable) are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
jp368 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. However, processing times may be extended for large withdrawals, first-time withdrawals, or withdrawals requiring additional verification. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving bank, which is outside jp368's control.
jp368 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher limits. jp368 may decline withdrawal requests or delay processing if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or if additional verification is required. Users may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawals are permitted, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
jp368 may offer bonuses, promotions, and incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration dates, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. Bonus terms are published with each promotional offer and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 50x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Users engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and Accounts may be permanently closed.
jp368 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake amount on any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by the jp368 system and reflected in the User's betting history. jp368 may void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or after an event outcome has been determined.
Bet settlement is based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies or game providers. jp368 is not responsible for unofficial results or statistics from third-party sources. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bet settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in our sports-specific betting rules. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer results. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed once determined.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms: use of automated betting software (bots), collusion with other Users or third parties, exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors, fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse, insider betting (wagering with non-public information), any form of cheating or manipulation, and any attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of jp368 Services.

jp368's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
jp368 is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other materials accessible through jp368 Services (collectively, "Content") are the property of jp368 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without jp368's prior written consent, except as necessary for normal use of the Services. Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in Account termination and legal action.
Your use of jp368 Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using jp368 Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jp368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
